Provo takes wait-and-see approach to ranked-choice voting

The city of Provo, Utah has chosen not to participate in a pilot program this year to test out instant runoff/ranked-choice voting even though it has been received favorably in the two other Utah cities that have used it. The other cities, Vineyard and Payson will continue using it this election cycle.
