This is pretty old, but it details the federal court ruling on RCV when it was challenged in 2019 regarding the 2018 election in Maine when U.S. Rep. Bruce Poliquin lost after having won the most votes in the first round.  It was found to be constitutional.  You can download the ruling itself here.
